Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Purchase order fulfillment:
Stock check for orders Direct daily communication with sales and logistics departments Sets packing expectations for the day Quality Control:
Quality control review for all items produced in our hot shop QC - grading following Niche protocol Sending daily report follow-up after grading all production from previous day's work Custom canopy inspections upon receiving Inventory and Purchasing:
Maintaining an organized inventory of glass, bulbs, and electrical components Purchasing requests - bulbs, electrical, warehouse supplies (boxes, paper, etc.
) Distribution and maintaining UL labels and shared document sheet Alerting purchasing when stock levels are low Overseeing Year End Inventory Restocking inventor Company support:
Sample Sale set-up.
Assisting in trade show set up on site and prep Supporting our marketing department for product shots and photo shoots Office Management:
Responsible for maintaining shared documents Shipping and Receiving:
Shipping--labeling boxes and scanning work orders Receiving in accordance with protocol Palletizing orders and pallet dimensions Other tasks:
Packing for orders Sample kits Bulb Testing Peanut chute Box factory sale glass for storage
