Since opening in 2020, we've excelled at providing high quality, beautifully crafted dishes that are both seasonal and focus on local sourcing.
The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc.
, ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Load, run, and unload dish machine Wash items by hand Store dishes in proper storage areas Bussing and wiping down tables and chairs Keep quality of service consistent and to a high standard Customer relay skills including communicating needs and feedback to FOH or BOH Frequently clean the caf during service, including but not limited to:
sweeping, vacuuming, wiping tables down, cleaning glass surfaces, removing garbages Adherence, knowledge, and understanding of health code in relation to food storing and cooling, washing hands, handling dogs in the caf , labeling and dating, expiration dates, etc REPORTS TO:
Head Chefs, Assistant Manager, General Manager KEY SKILLS NEEDED Excellent communication skills Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Understanding of and ability to adhere to health and safety regulations EXPERIENCE NEEDED 2
Years experience working in restaurants, cafes, or the like Must be 18 years of age or older SCHEDULING We are primarily looking for someone who can work weekends and evenings.
We will prioritize candidates who have more flexibility in their schedules.
WORK MAY REQUIRE Lifting objects 50
