Responsibilities:
As a Family Law Associate Attorney, your core responsibilities will include:
1Representing clients in all stages of family law cases, including consultation, drafting pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, hearings, trials, and post-judgment modifications.2Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, and other court documents.3Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters favorably without a trial.4Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on rights, obligations, and legal options in family law matters.5Collaborating closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop strategies for handling cases effectively and efficiently.6Staying current with developments in family law and participating in professional development and networking activities.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Family Law Associate Attorney position, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
