Registered Nurse
Hedgewood Assisted Living - Assisted Living Facility in Beacon NY, is looking for an RN to coordinate services and delivery of care to its residents, and supervise HHA/PCA's. Knowledge of UAS assessments and ability to develop individualized service plans, is needed. Homecare knowledge is a plus and individual must be detailed oriented and strong at multi-tasking, with effective communication skills. Job Requirements:
License as Registered Nurse in New York Clinical experience in home care or an assisted living setting Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent nursing judgment and decision making skills UAS experience We offer the following:
