Cleaning or General Laborer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking several Cleaning and General Laborers to join our team! You will be responsible for unit final cleanings after construction is complete or general labor tasks.
These are temporary, full-time positions.
The project is expected to continue for approximately three months.
Responsibilities:
Remove all job-related debris from each unit and building.
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and bathrooms.
Units must pass final inspection by project manager.
Installation of small finish carpentry tasks (door handles, towel bars, etc)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred but not required.
Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Must have own transportation to the project site.
Must reside in one of these counties:
Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester Company DescriptionWe are a subcontractor who travels across the country doing rehab finish carpentry work on apartment complexes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
